Hotel Econom Donetsk booking accommodation

Room reservation at Hotel Econom requires a 100% upfront payment for the entire duration of intended stay.
!!! The payment is non-refundable.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

1) foreign countries: online payment by Visa, MasterCard through liqpay service (on the basis of invoice from us).

2) at the hotel: any person on behalf of You: cash or charge card Visa, MasterCard.

3) within Ukraine: bank account transfer.

Rates and room availability information could be requested by e-mail, fax, or telephone (we encourage those not fluent in Russian or Ukrainian to submit their requests in writing using either e-mail or fax).

In the request, please specify:
1) your name,
2) contact information (e-mail, telephone, fax),
3) arrival date and duration of stay,
4) desired accommodation type.

We will check room availability for the specified dates and send you an invoice; rooms will be reserved in your name as soon as we receive a full payment for the amount specified in the invoice.
!!! Attn. We require that payments are received within a time frame specified in the invoice; late payments will not result in room reservation and will be refunded (less any transfer fees incurred). Otherwise, reservation payments are non-refundable.
!!! Attn. Pets are not allowed at the hotel with no exceptions.
